The Frankfort Industrial Park continues to grow with industries ranging from the world’s largest salty food production facility for Frito Lay to Lake Erie Products, Inc. The park is home to a diverse group of companies, with food processing, automotive, and consumer goods, among others.   The Frankfort Industrial Park is one the largest contiguous parks in central Indiana with over 1,000 acres already developed and an additional 1,000-plus acres ready to be developed.

EXCELLENT CONNECTIVITY

Rail access is available with spur sites off the Norfolk Southern and CSX lines.   State Road 28 runs through the industrial park, and has been recently upgraded to four lanes all the way to Interstate 65, just five miles away. In addition, the local airport easily accommodates corporate jets and is directly adjacent to the park.

Within a one-hour drive, employers will find a skilled workforce of over 1.1 million people. You’ll find excellent education and training partners in the area, offering programs in manufacturing, food production, logistics, technology, and other industry-specific programs.
